A non-refundable consultancy fee of ₹51 (INR) shall be charged for each individual service request. The mode and location of consultation (e.g., online, in-person, or via phone) will be solely determined by NJD EDUTECH & WEALTH MANAGEMENT LLP based on availability and feasibility.
NJD Technologies reserves the right to modify or revise its pricing structure at any time, without prior notice to clients.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests will be considered only if submitted prior to the initiation of the service. Once the service has commenced, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, unless explicitly agreed to in writing by NJD Technologies.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of NJD Technologies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to clarify the scope of services and associated fees before confirming and making any payments.

Acts of God
Pandemic or epidemic situations

Strikes, labor disputes, or acts of war or terrorism
In such cases, affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
